Maintenance Technician - Apartments Location: Chamblee, GA Property Details: 200-unit, New Construction, Midrise, Lease-up Property Key Responsibilities: HVAC and CPO Certifications needed Maintenance responsibility for a new, 200-unit midrise apartment complex Run maintenance tickets Maintain grounds and common area amenities Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents

Requirements

• HVAC and CPO Certifications needed
• Team Player with strong Customer Service Skills
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
• On-Call Rotation Required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in new construction, midrise
• EPA and CPO Certifications
