About The Position

Requirements

• 1 year experience as an Apartment Maintenance/Service Technician
• Experience with residential plumbing, electrical work, hardware installation, painting, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Basic tools required (all material will be provided)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in HVAC
• Experience in carpentry
• Experience in appliance repair and troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnovers/make-readies
• Perform general handyman/maintenance tasks including basic plumbing and electrical work
• Conduct light carpentry, painting, and drywall patching
• Carry out exterior preventative maintenance
• Complete work orders in an effective and timely manner
• Work under the direction of the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor
• Assist with porter/grounds keeping work during downtime or as needed
