About The Position

Apartment Management Professionals, LLC (AMP Residential) is seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician to join our team at 83 West Townhomes! This apartment community has 504 units and is located in West Bloomfield, MI. Requirements

• Hard worker with a maintenance background in multi-family highly preferred
• Valid Driver's License with auto insurance
• EPA certification preferred
• CPO or knowledge of pools preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve
• Goal-oriented, must be able to work together in a team well
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Must be available after hours and weekends for on-call responsibilities (rotated schedule)

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartment homes for occupancy by making any necessary repairs
• Complete work orders in occupied homes while providing fast, friendly service
• Follow preventive maintenance guidelines
• Maintain property grounds
• Handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance and all other service requests
• Work as a team to achieve property goals
• Follow safety procedures
