About The Position
The Michigan Milk Producers Association (MMPA) is seeking qualified individuals for maintenance roles within its dairy processing facilities. Established in 1916, MMPA is a dairy farmer-owned cooperative that operates multiple plants across Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Indiana. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various equipment essential for dairy production, including pumps, motors, valves, and more. This position requires a commitment to safety and compliance with industry standards, as well as the ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment, including weekends and holidays.
