About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician 3 to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a focus on safety, strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking basic English.
NFPA Safety Arc Flash (III+).
Injection line laser parallel and alignment procedure.
Machining (Mill/Lathe)- mill bit selection, setup, basic functions.
PLC/HMI program loading, advanced trouble shooting.
VFD adjustments, install, and start up.
Equipment upgrades and installation, gearing.
NEC Standards.
Rigging fundamentals, overhead crane operation.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoor and indoor settings.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the facility.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
