Requirements

• Associate degree in a related technical field or High School diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of automated processes including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and control systems and how they interact with each other
• Ability to manipulate Fanuc and modify robots
• Experience with mechanical presses (up to 3000 tons) and transfers

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical breakdowns of equipment using PC/PLC ladder logic as a troubleshooting tool in robotic production lines
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical control circuits in production lines to include Presses
• Maintain Spot and Mig welding equipment used in production lines
• Perform preventive maintenance as required in production lines to include Presses
