About The Position

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing maintenance support to ensure continuous line production in a manufacturing environment. This role involves performing scheduled preventive maintenance, repairs on production equipment, and monitoring equipment to analyze and solve problems effectively. The position requires working on the 2nd shift after completing training on the 1st shift, with a 10% shift differential.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years Maintenance Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to do basic math
• Ability to read, write, and understand the local language

• Vocational Technical Education Certificate Facility Maintenance
• Basic electrical troubleshooting
• Machine controls and motor control circuitry knowledge
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Hydraulic and pneumatic circuitry knowledge
• Ability to read hydraulic and pneumatic schematics
• Good mechanical ability and problem solving
• HVAC experience A Plus
