As a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our facility operating at its best. From troubleshooting equipment to performing preventive maintenance, you’ll be the go-to problem solver who ensures our machines, systems, and building stay in top shape. Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in a related field is a plus).
  • Experience: 1–2 years of maintenance work in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting ability.
  • Able to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Safety-first mindset and commitment to quality.
  • Team player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair machinery, equipment, and building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, welding, and fabrication).
  • Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on production, packaging, and processing equipment.
  • Install, test, and troubleshoot new equipment to ensure smooth operation.
  • Partner with production teams and leadership to quickly address issues and keep efficiency high.
  • Record maintenance activities, hours, and service details with accuracy.
  • Read and interpret technical documents, electrical schematics, service manuals, and work orders.
  • Step in for emergency breakdown repairs and keep operations running.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and help drive a culture of safety and reliability.
