About The Position
The Maintenance Technician II performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled work in the construction, maintenance, repair, and renovation of County buildings, facilities, and equipment. The role requires the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure that facilities are safe, functional, and well maintained.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in the English language
- Demonstrated past work or vocational experience in the trades as listed in the essential job functions
Nice To Haves
- Experience in commercial maintenance strongly preferred.
- Previous experience with BAS and/or CMMS strongly preferred.
