The Maintenance Technician works 12 hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule from 07:00 P.M. to 07:00 A.M. The technician must be highly motivated and able to work safely in accordance with OSHA standards. The role requires effectiveness as both an independent self-starter and as part of a team. The technician must be able to plan and execute work to meet crucial deadlines, efficiently serving clients and contributing to the success of Crown.
