About The Position
The position involves performing a variety of semi-skilled maintenance, repair, and limited construction duties on facilities, equipment, and grounds. Responsibilities include semi-skilled construction and repair of new and existing facilities, such as laying out and building forms for concrete work, performing minor carpentry work, painting, and plumbing under supervision. The role also includes general maintenance and repair work on small equipment, installation of irrigation systems, janitorial activities, and maintenance of grounds.
