Requirements

  • Minimum two years maintenance and repair experience required.
  • Strong mechanical ability required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Pass Background and Drug Screen

Responsibilities

  • Perform general facility maintenance to interior and exterior of building, fixtures, appliances, and equipment.
  • Schedule and oversee any third-party contractors visiting facility for repairs or maintenance
  • Inspect ladders, dock doors, dock lights, dock plates, and personnel door access for safe operation.
  • Maintain Preventative Maintenance schedule and log for all buildings and equipment
  • Operate battery changing equipment/station for powered industrial equipment
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment.
  • Identify and repair faulty equipment
  • Comply with all safety requirements.
  • Additional duties as assigned by direct Supervisor
