About The Position
Job Description Job Requirements Requirements: High school diploma, trade or a technical diploma from a post secondary institution. 5-10 years of experience supervising maintenance and skilled trade activities in an industrial or construction environment Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems Experience in a unionized labour environment, 5 -10 years would be a benefit. Willingness to accept a wide variety of assignments Knowledge of Ontario Building Code, Electrical Safety Code, OH&SA Regulations relating to industrial maintenance activities Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software, ability to learn and operate other computer based and web based programs Strong project management, organizational, teamwork, written and verbal communication skills Must have a valid driver's license Willing to work weekends as required Additional Information/ Must Have's: Computers skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software and ability to use computer and web based software Must have a valid driver's license Willing to work weekends as required Driving a company vehicle is required. Amount of travel, of so where: Little to none. Onsite @ ARDC
