As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll handle repairs, support apartment turnovers, and help keep our community looking and functioning at its best.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience, preferably in property management
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to follow manuals and safety guidelines
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Weekend and on‑call availability

- HVAC and CPO certifications
- Strong problem‑solving skills
- Customer‑focused personality
Responsibilities
- Respond to service requests
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
- Assist with HVAC and appliance repairs
- Maintain the overall appearance of the property
