What a Blakeford Maintenance Tech Does: Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment according to manufacturer’s recommendations and operation manual. Perform maintenance repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, etc Assist inspectors and contractors in the testing, inspection, or repair of equipment, building and mechanical systems and structure Respond to fire, smoke, and panic alarms Keep maintenance shop and storage areas neat and orderly Maintain tools and equipment Participate in on-call rotation (one Saturday per month) QualificationsThis is a temporary assignment covering a leave of absence Schedule is Mon - Fri (and one Saturday per month) from 7 am - 4 pm Ready to Bring Your Heart to Blakeford? If you have: High school diploma or GED (Graduate of accredited technical school preferred); A minimum of two years' hands-on maintenance and/or mechanical experience; and Valid driver’s license HVAC certification is a plus! Requirements
