Pomperaug Woods is recruiting for a Part Time Maintenance Tech to join our team! 24 hours a week 3 days - 8am-4:30pm Here are a few of the daily responsibilities: Performs general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs. Performs painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor. Performs routine preventive maintenance, as directed by supervisor. Performs minor building and equipment repairs. Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor. Assists, during winter, with snow removal efforts as assigned. Requirements

High School Education.
ability to understand and follow instruction in English, communicates effectively, and performs simple arithmetic.
One Year maintenance experience necessary.
