Opening winter 2025, responsibility for operating this state-of-the-art building requires learning new systems and technology - trades skills are valued, but the ability to learn and adapt is just as critical. Successful hires will be able to work independently and professionally in this high-trust role, and - like all Kindred employees - are expected to provide the highest level of guest service to guests and owners.

  • Conduct themselves with professionalism and integrity at all times
  • Perform all work safely, following established standards and using good judgment in all situations
  • Operate with a hospitality mindset, providing a personalized level of service
  • Respond to guest and staff requests for maintenance and/or repair in rooms, residences, and public areas
  • Assure property assets are maintained both functionally and aesthetically, completing scheduled preventive maintenance tasks and proactively identifying and addressing needs
  • Complete assigned work orders with relevant information
  • Coordinate projects with outside vendors as needed
  • Maintain inventory of required parts for critical equipment
  • Work with other department managers as required
  • Maintain required job logs
  • Clean and maintain the pool and hot tubs
  • Conduct limited snow removal
  • Participate in training and development opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Maintain a valid Colorado Driver's License
  • Ability to obtain a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certificate within first 60 days
  • Comfort with computer / tablet use to access diagnostic platforms, work orders, building plans, training platforms, and more
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights up to thirty five (35) feet.
  • Ability to lift minimum fifty (50) pounds.
  • Fluent English language skills in order to communicate with co-workers and guests.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, MSDS, lock out/tag out procedures, and other basic safety protocols
  • Experience with installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial appliances including kitchen equipment and dishwashers
  • Demonstrated experience in one or more trade: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, controls, paint/drywall, carpentry
