We’re searching for an Apartment Maintenance Technician who shows up each day ready to make things happen. In this role, you’ll help ensure our community remains safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained. Responsibilities include:

Completing resident service requests
Maintaining community and apartment grounds
Handling apartment punch work and make‑ready tasks
Performing general plumbing and general electrical repairs
Communicating clearly and professionally with residents and team members
Remaining calm and composed in fast‑paced situations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
• Positive, team‑focused mindset
• Weekend availability
• Participation in shared on‑call rotation

Nice To Haves

• HVAC & CPO Certification Preferred (Not Required)
