Your day to day as a Maintenance Tech-Residential Apartment Community The Maintenance Technician at National Property Management Associates Inc. plays a crucial role in enhancing resident satisfaction by ensuring our apartment homes, buildings, and grounds are consistently maintained in a safe, clean, and efficient manner. This role involves performing general maintenance and repairs, as well as responding promptly to service requests to address the needs of our residents. A solid working knowledge of HVAC systems is essential, and while EPA certification is preferred, familiarity with plumbing, electrical systems, and appliance repair is equally important. Proficiency in drywall and painting techniques will enhance your effectiveness on the job. The successful technician must exhibit strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, alongside good customer service and communication abilities to interact effectively with residents. Safety is paramount, so the ability to safely use hand and power tools is critical. Additionally, candidates must be capable of lifting 50+ lbs and adapting to various weather conditions. A valid driver's license is also required to perform daily responsibilities effectively.

Requirements
