Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License
3 years of general maintenance experience in a commercial setting
6 months specialty experience in HVAC equipment or refrigeration applications

Responsibilities

Perform routine building general maintenance and repairs throughout the Health Center and clinics.
Position requires job flexibility to perform a wide variety of tasks, from HVAC, plumbing, painting, cleaning, grounds and facilities upkeep, boiler and plant operations, moving equipment / furnishings, preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of systems.
Responsible for troubleshooting, clean up and remediation of system failures consistent with large commercial Health Care building operations.
