Atlantic Residential is seeking a highly qualified Maintenance Technician for our fabulous community- Rowe MKE. We require all technicians to hold current EPA certifications. However, if you do not yet have these certifications, don’t worry—we’re committed to your success. For qualified candidates, we offer full support in obtaining EPA certification immediately after hire. This is just one example of how we invest in our team. The ideal candidate is EPA-certified (or motivated to become certified with our support) and has hands-on experience in HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general apartment maintenance. A background in multifamily or residential property maintenance is strongly preferred, along with a strong work ethic, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset. We are looking for someone who is safety-conscious, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering high-quality service to residents. Candidates should be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., working in various weather conditions, and participating in on-call rotations. SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the prompt and efficient performance of all tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager and for continuous self-improvement of skills and expertise. A willingness to accept and follow the directions of others is required, as is a working knowledge of HVAC systems and various appliances, stoves, dishwashers, disposals, and refrigerators. Additional skill requirements include, but are not limited to, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and pool servicing.
