Duties and Responsibilities: Provide preventive and reactive maintenance support for production Carry out specific assignments as directed by the Maintenance Work Order system and supervisor’s instructions. Install or move equipment and work with outside vendors on installation. Develop and install required alterations / modifications to equipment and systems. Troubleshoot PLC, robotic and common industrial control systems. Assist in establishing and maintaining maintenance standards and procedures. Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on production systems, machinery and equipment. Provide advanced troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Assist in establishing and maintaining maintenance standards and procedures. Perform maintenance projects as assigned. Work in safe and healthy manner, strictly following all safety rules and regulations. Maintain a neat, clean, orderly work area

Requirements

  • Technical degree such as electrical or mechanical maintenance strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years previous maintenance experience required.
  • Ability to communicate well with others.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required; “on-call” duty may be required over holidays and weekends.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), PLC programming and industrial controls.
