This position is for a Maintenance Technician in an egg production and processing facility. The primary purpose of this role is to perform minor to major equipment repairs during both non-production and production times. The individual will be responsible for inspecting, operating, and testing machinery to diagnose malfunctions, as well as dismantling equipment for repairs. Key duties include maintaining food processing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and conducting general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical wiring, and new equipment installation. The role requires meticulous documentation of all maintenance activities and adherence to safety programs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) within a food manufacturing environment.
