About The Position

Roxbury Hospital is currently recruiting a full-time Maintenance Tech to work in our Shippensburg behavioral healthcare facility. This is a Monday - Friday position with on-call overnight and weekend rotation. The Maintenance Tech is responsible for assisting the Director, Plant Operations/Support Services with the daily operations of facility management. The Maintenance Tech assists in the repair and/or renovation of buildings to include the following in addition to providing maintenance support for all areas of the facility. Responsibilities

Assisting the Director, Plant Operations/Support Services with the daily operations of facility management
Assists in the repair and/or renovation of buildings
Installs, repairs, and/or maintains Drywall
Installs, repairs, and/or maintains Mechanical Equipment.
Installs, repairs, and/or maintains HVAC
Installs, repairs, and/or maintains Plumbing system
Installs, repairs, and/or maintains Sprinkler system
Installs, repairs, and/or maintains Appliance repair
Installs, repairs, and/or maintains Electrical equipment.
Installs, repairs, and/or maintains Receptacles
Installs, repairs, and/or maintains Smoke Detectors
Installs, repairs, and/or maintains Emergency lighting
Installs, repairs, and/or maintains Light bulbs
Weekly/Monthly inspections/tours
Extinguisher
Exit lighting
Generator testing
Providing maintenance support for all areas of the facility.
