Job Title: Maintenance Tech Position Summary Magellan Aerospace, Glendale specializes in the manufacturing of precision magnesium and aluminum sand castings. We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician.

Requirements

Minimum five years of relevant experience.
High School Diploma preferred.
Must be able to deadlift 50lbs with appropriate technique.
Must be able to work on feet for 8+ hours/day
Must be able/willing to work overtime, including Saturdays, when/if needed.
Must be able to speak and comprehend English (bilingual in Spanish preferred)

Responsibilities

Performs routine maintenance on equipment, machines, buildings repairs and emergencies that are outside the scope of routine maintenance.
Maintains a schedule of when maintenance has been performed and when next service is due.
Works in a safe manner and recognizes unsafe situations.
Takes appropriate action to ensure safety of themselves and other.
