Let’s Level Up! Job Summary: The Hotel Maintenance Tech is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair operations within the hotel. They will supervise their work orders to ensure that all requests are carried out efficiently and in accordance with safety and quality standards while supporting the daily implementation of Level 5's "High Touch" facilities program. This position is part time including two overnight shifts on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Additional shifts may be available for the right candidate. Valid driver license and clean driving record
High School diploma
Must be able to remain in a stationary position during shift.
Must be able to access and navigate the facility.
Employees are required to adhere to safety requirements by wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment.
Work is routine and repetitive in nature and may require strenuous physical exertion at times, including the ability to move objects weighing up to 50lbs.

Nice To Haves

Trade school course work in related field preferred.
Previous engineer/maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities

Maintaining and repairing physical structures of hotel buildings and grounds
Preventive maintenance
Assisting with ground maintenance activities such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, removing weeds, and raking and disposing of leaves and refuse
Cleaning and up keep of hotel buildings, including buffing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing windows
Assisting other departments as requested, including moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies
Inventories of tools, equipment, and supplies according to purchasing guidelines
Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules
Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists staff in solving work problems
Perform pool chemical maintenance and upkeep
Shuttle guests to and from airport using hotel van
