They are seeking an experienced Part-Time Maintenance Technician for one of their communities in New Port Richey, FL (Pasco County). This role involves the quality completion of all maintenance tasks and projects at the assigned association, requiring interaction with colleagues, homeowners, vendors, and the Association Board of Directors.

Requirements

Have previous Maintenance experience
Be professional, organized and self-motivated
Be able to work independently with little supervision
Have the ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk up to 4-8 hours per day
Be able to safely bend and lift up to 50lbs.
Be able to work in variable weather conditions
Possess general computer skills
Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Performing regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of building systems, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Addressing repair requests from residents and promptly resolving issues related to common areas.
Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including outdoor amenities such as pool.
Coordinating with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs.
Other duties as assigned
