About The Position
Position Purpose Perform all corrective and preventive maintenance duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school or GED
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include carpentry, mechanical, refrigeration, plumbing, drywall work, etc. as directed by supervisor.
- Perform unscheduled maintenance requests as directed.
- Perform service on all HVAC equipment as specified by the manufacturer and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance procedures as directed.
- Will be required to participate in on-call duty on a rotating basis.
