About The Position

You will be assisting customers in the financial transaction upon entering parking facilities in addition to working with a crew responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of multiple parking decks in a downtown business environment. You will be performing routine custodian duties such as: Sweeping, litter pickup and disposal Painting and pressure washing The position requires work to be performed both indoors and outdoors year-round

Requirements

1 year in janitorial & maintenance work
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

Responsibilities

Sweeping
Litter pickup and disposal
Painting
Pressure washing
Calculate parking amount due from customer then collect validations and payment from customers
Operate cash register and maintain strict cash controls
