About The Position

Now hiring a Plant Services Skill III-SF Summary: To plan, coordinate control, and perform tasked required keeping mechanical, electrical, plumbing, heating & cooling operational. Provide for an uninterrupted flow of utilities based upon existing design criteria. Major emphasis shall be placed upon preventative and predictive maintenance. The tradesperson shall be capable of working with little or no supervision, and limited direction from specialized trades. High School Diploma and preferably Trade or Vocational School certificate. At least 5 years of general maintenance or specialized mechanical trade experience preferably in Healthcare industry. License may be required in specialty Presbyterian is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Facility Services team and support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our hospital environment. This role is ideal for a skilled trades professional with experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical systems, and building maintenance who is ready to make a meaningful impact in healthcare. The Maintenance Tech plays a key role in ensuring that all building systems, equipment, and utilities operate safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support daily operations across your assigned zone. This position requires strong technical knowledge, independent decision‑making, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, comfortable environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma and preferably Trade or Vocational School certificate in plumbing trade.
  • At least 5 years of plumbing trade experience preferably in Healthcare industry.
  • Journeyman Plumbing License Preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Journeyman Plumbing License Preferred.
