Responsible for all preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs and change outs for the terminal. The position involves performing maintenance ranging from basic level service filter changes to complex replacement of seals, valves, and adjustment of safety valve settings. Equipment expertise should include experience with pumps, motors, controls, and other related equipment. The role requires in-shop and field repair services for mechanical seals and other related equipment, as well as shaft alignments with dial indicators and/or electronic laser alignment systems. Predictive maintenance services such as greasing valve motors and related equipment are also part of the responsibilities. The position demands effective communication with operations, maintenance, and management, and the ability to develop and maintain a positive attitude with other departments. Keeping an organized, clean, and resourceful work environment is essential, including the office, shop, work area, warehouse, and service vehicle. Understanding and adherence to all safety-related policies, rules, and guidelines is crucial, as is consistently providing courteous and professional representation of the company.
