About The Position

The position involves performing routine maintenance and repairs of buildings, equipment, and utility systems. The individual will conduct scheduled preventative maintenance inspections, work on special projects as requested, and perform required safety inspections.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years commercial building maintenance experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Basic working knowledge of all mechanical systems including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in different buildings simultaneously.
• Must have a valid Colorado driver's license with a good driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer trade or technical school courses.
