Your Role: Own technical problem resolution for complex, cross-area equipment and process issues impacting safety, quality, or throughput. Act as the primary technical escalation point for PM Leads, Engineering, and Operations during sustained or high-risk equipment failures. Lead advanced RCA and CAPA activities, partnering with Engineering, Quality, and EHS to eliminate systemic issues. Analyze CMMS and downtime data to identify failure trends and propose reliability, safety, or performance improvements. Lead or co-lead validation, re-validation, and equipment qualification activities, including protocol execution and deviation support. Author and standardize technical documentation, SOPs, PM strategies, and troubleshooting frameworks across equipment families. Support new equipment introductions, upgrades, and process changes, acting as the technical liaison between Engineering and Maintenance. Mentor PM Technicians and Specialists technically (knowledge transfer), without formal people management responsibilities. Ensure sustained compliance with cGMP, audit readiness, and quality system expectations. Trains others on systems-level behavior, failure modes, and root-cause thinking to prevent repeat equipment issues. A Shift: Monday - Thursday 6am - 4pm Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. 7+ years of maintenance or manufacturing experience. Preferred Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Experience supporting engineering change management, validation, or capital projects. Strong hands-on experience with mechanical and electromechanical systems, PLC, hydraulic, pneumatic. Strong data analysis and CMMS optimization skills. Excellent communication skills to communicate technical risk and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
