About The Position

As a member of the ELLWOOD team, you can expect to be treated with dignity and respect. The Maintenance Technician-Multi is a critical team member responsible for inspecting and identifying equipment or machines in need of repair, troubleshooting issues, and performing necessary repairs. This role involves working with overhead cranes, fabricating parts, and conducting predictive/preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in various conditions, including climbing in overhead structures and working beneath machines in close quarters.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• 1 year of experience working with high voltage electricity up to 138KV is preferred

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree from trade/tech school (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair
• Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs
• Repair overhead cranes and control boxes for remote cranes
• Fabricate parts if not commercially available
• Perform predictive/preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Perform other related duties as assigned
