Job Summary We are currently seeking a Lead Maintenance Tech to join our Camden team! This individual will be required to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical). Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield. Perform equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance). Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems. Prepare technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures. Impact of the Role General Profile Requires full proficiency in a range of technical processes or procedures through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience Completes a variety of atypical assignments Works within defined technical processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments Works with a limited degree of supervision, with oversight focused only on complex new assignments Acts as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience Performs manual tasks according to established procedures Essential Functions Performs preventive maintenance and skilled repairs on complex electrical and mechanical production equipment and systems. Follows standard procedures to monitor equipment for performance, safety, and effectiveness. Performs equipment failure analysis to complete preventive and unscheduled maintenance. Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems. Logs equipment modifications and maintenance details in the designated system. Follows prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintains quality standards

Requirements

  • Vocational/Technical Training Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
