About The Position

Join our growing manufacturing team in the Greer/Spartanburg area as a Maintenance Technician III , where you’ll take the lead on advanced equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced 24/7 operation. We are looking for the right candidate who is reliable, safety-focused, self-driven, and eager to grow your technical skills while supporting a high-performance maintenance team. Schedule & Pay $35/hr –$38/hr + annual, quarterly, and 6-month retention bonuses 40–45 hrs/week , flexible start times (6am–7am) 11 paid holidays + strong PTO/vacation package Minimal travel What You’ll Do Perform advanced PMs, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment rebuilds Support installation and startup of new machinery Maintain and update electrical/ mechanical documentation Manage work ticket backlog and maintenance metrics (MTBF/MTTR) Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned equipment and support junior techs Lead safety assignments and resolve complex technical issues What You Bring 3–5+ years in manufacturing maintenance (24/7 environment) Strong PLC troubleshooting: GE Proficy, Siemens, Allen Bradley Skilled with ladder logic, RSLogix 5000/Pro, ControlLogix, HMI; TIA Portal a plus Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings and ladder diagrams Multi-craft expertise: electrical, mechanical, machining, welding Associate degree required (Mechatronics/Industrial Electronics); Bachelor’s preferred Nice to Have Oracle R12 experience MS Office proficiency Familiarity with EHS & quality systems Why Join Us? Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in manufacturing maintenance (24/7 environment)
  • Strong PLC troubleshooting: GE Proficy, Siemens, Allen Bradley
  • Skilled with ladder logic, RSLogix 5000/Pro, ControlLogix, HMI; TIA Portal a plus
  • Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings and ladder diagrams
  • Multi-craft expertise: electrical, mechanical, machining, welding
  • Associate degree required (Mechatronics/Industrial Electronics); Bachelor’s preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Oracle R12 experience
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Familiarity with EHS & quality systems
