OVERVIEW: 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 4:00pm to 2:30am Job Duties and Responsibilities: Troubleshoot & make repairs to component level on Electrical/mechanical/electronic/hydraulic/pneumatic/PLC system Troubleshoot & repair all lift truck related items. Follow inspection guide lines & complete documentation related to proper preventative maintenance systems. Troubleshoot, repair & installation of industrial 3 phase electrical systems Make key judgmental decisions in manager's absence to ensure proper building operations Provide proper information related to spare parts procurement to ensure proper levels of inventory to avoid building/conveyor down time Mentor to junior level 1 techs & train them to be successful Work directly with vendors in a courteous manner Follow proper safety procedures to need DKS/OSHA standards Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's Degree - 2 year vocational technical certificate or degree preferably in a mechanical or electrical application 3-5 years of experience Welding, burning, cutting Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, gear boxes & PLC controls Familiar with DC-specific specialized software packages (ex. Crown PM, Gage) & equipment Able to read & understand electrical mechanical building type drawings/schematics Good safety awareness Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull & lift up to 75 lbs. Requirements

  • Associate's Degree - 2 year vocational technical certificate or degree preferably in a mechanical or electrical application
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Welding, burning, cutting
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, gear boxes & PLC controls
