About The Position

Expected pay for this position is $21.72 - $25.55/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2 years of related experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC maintenance and/or carpentry systems repair; OR 2 years of technical training or education in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry systems.
• Licensure/ Certification: IL Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of more complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC tasks.
• Assist with installations, system troubleshooting, and repair of building systems and equipment.
• Responsible for the preventive maintenance and operation of major mechanical systems such as heating, cooling, electrical, refrigeration, and fire protection.
