About The Position

Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
Performs general maintenance tasks.
Performs minor repairs, alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.
Completes minor carpentry repairs. Discard waste/trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ year(s) related experience; specialized training or certification accepted in lieu of experience( prefered)
• Valid driver's license
