The Maintenance Technician provides general mechanical construction and maintenance services for hospital facilities under the direction of engineering management. This position assesses, prioritizes, troubleshoots, and performs repairs of the facility general components requiring, repair, replacement, or new installation. This position performs duties in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, building standards, and hospital policies. The Maintenance Tech participates on facility services team to operate, maintain, repair, and install facility systems, equipment, and apparatuses to provide a comfortable and safe hospital environment. Here is an example of a schedule for a full 2 week pay period: Sun 7am-7pm, Mon 7am-3:30pm, Tues OFF, Wed 7am-3:30pm, Thurs 7am-7pm, Fri OFF, Sat OFF, Sun OFF, Mon OFF, Tues 7am-7pm, Wed 7am-3:30pm, Thurs OFF, Fri 7am-3:30pm, Sat 7am-7pm
