Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ year(s) related experience; specialized training or certification accepted in lieu of experience (prefered)
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
- Performs general maintenance tasks.
- Performs minor repairs, alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.
- Completes minor carpentry repairs.
- Discard waste/trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner.
