About The Position

We are now hiring Housekeepers at Sea Grove Recovery. Located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Sea Grove Recovery will provide substance use treatment for adults, as well as dual diagnosis treatment for adults with a co-occurring mental health disorder. The 41-bed facility is in a serene, wooded environment and is designed to maximize healing and meet the needs of every patient who attends treatment. Sea Grove offers a partial hospitalization program (PHP) that takes place for most of the day throughout the week with PHP lodging available. The program allows for those in our care to receive treatments and therapies throughout the day in an environment conducive to healing and a treatment plan built around their individual needs. In addition to the substance use program, Sea Grove Recovery is equipped to provide treatment to those with a substance use disorder and a co-occurring mental health disorder.

Requirements

• High school degree preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the facility is clean, sanitary, comfortable, orderly, and satisfying for patients, employees, and the public.
• Provide a safe and risk-preventive environment within OSHA regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance and ongoing facility maintenance.
• Complete repairs on equipment, including changing filters, light bulbs, doors, locks, and plumbing.
• Conduct routine walks around the property to assess and ensure overall upkeep.
• Perform cleaning, stripping, waxing, and general maintenance to maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the facility.
