About The Position
The position is responsible for maintaining and repairing boilers and auxiliary equipment. The individual will schedule and perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on equipment. Additionally, the role involves maintaining required documentation with posted certifications and operating permits, ensuring that the facility is maintained in accordance with guidelines and Life Safety Codes. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining current equipment logs and reporting accurate information.
