About The Position

Position Summary Global Generic Summary Manages repair and maintenance of manufacturing equipment's and utilities including: Installing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electronic equipment, tools, and instruments Installing, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing facilities infrastructure Making/machining replacement tools and parts for manufacturing operations Planning and prioritizing work orders and scheduling overall repair and maintenance activities to minimize production downtime and disruptions

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of related experience with intermediate to advanced‑level troubleshooting, schematic and print reading, and mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls experience.
  • Basic computer skills required; must be experienced and proficient in email, Windows Operating Systems, and basic Microsoft Office tools (specifically Word and Excel).

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electro‑mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing electro‑mechanical systems.
  • Associate’s Degree preferred with experience in electro‑mechanical, high‑speed manufacturing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Experience working in a cGMP / regulated environment desired.
  • Ability to read ladder logic and troubleshoot/repair PLCs, electrical systems, AC/DC drive systems, and mechanical systems desired.
  • Proficiency in machining, welding, and fabricating a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on sophisticated manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems independently.
  • Contribute to root‑cause analysis efforts to prevent recurring equipment issues.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to entry‑level technicians.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with FDA regulations, GMP, ISO standards, and safety protocols.
  • Utilize and maintain accurate records in computerized maintenance management systems.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
