About The Position

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for keeping up to date equipment maintenance logs, inventory of machine parts, and update preventative maintenance manual quarterly. Performs the day to day routine maintenance of the facility as outlined by regulatory agencies and internal standards. The Maintenance Technician assists with all aspects of the property's maintenance including the preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance duties associated with a welding environment. This person is also responsible for following the maintenance program to protect and maintain the property.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ maintenance experience
• Direct experience with maintenance planning and computer systems
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• High degree of professionalism and ability to work independently and effectively with others
• Detail oriented and able to take directions from the Maintenance Supervisor
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
• Strong working knowledge of basic trades such as welding, electrical (up to 480VAC, 3 Phase), plumbing, hydraulics/pneumatics, and painting equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel applications
• Maintain a valid drivers’ license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• PLC and VFD experience
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical aspects, pumps, and motors, mechanical systems

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of the property's maintenance including preventive and corrective maintenance duties
• Follow the maintenance program to protect and maintain the property
• Project a professional and competent image while servicing inside and outside vendors
• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Technicians, Production Supervisors, and Production Employees
