About The Position

Requirements

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
• Electrical knowledge and ability to use routine industrial hand tools.
• Ability to read and use tape measures, levels, etc.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to pass equipment training for scissor lift, stock picker, reach truck, pallet truck, and turret truck.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work different shifts and extended hours based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in planning and coordinating maintenance and repair of conveyors, machines, and equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with OSHA regulations and Carter's safety rules.
• Maintain good housekeeping and work collaboratively with management, peers, and subordinates to maximize productivity.
• Perform maintenance on facility property including HVAC, generators, and security systems.
