MAINTENANCE TECH 1 - 2nd Shift
About The Position
Performs preventive, routine maintenance on all equipment associated with the safe production of insulated metal panels. Responsible for coordinating and completing tasks associated with the preventative maintenance operation of the facility. Develop and maintain communication across multiple groups of plant personnel.Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Requirements
- 2 Years of Industrial Experience
- Basic computer skills
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge in basic hydraulic/pneumatic/mechanical design, repair, and troubleshooting
- Experience in a continuous line manufacturing environment
