About The Position

Site Maintenance Team Member – Dash In
Location: Bowie, MD
Pay: $15.50 – $18.00/hr.
Position Type: Part time
Schedule: May include nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (or able to complete our employer-paid GED program).
• Must be eligible to work in the US (Wills Group participates in E-Verify)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 6 months of customer service or maintenance experience.
• Comfort using basic tools such as power washers and sprayers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shifts.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons.
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of store, restrooms, and exterior property.
• Clean fueling areas, parking lot, and interior spaces.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain car wash and vacuum systems readiness.
• Pick up trash and keep the property looking great.
• Stock coolers and assist with deliveries.
• Provide friendly customer interactions when needed.
• Report maintenance issues to store leadership.
