We’re looking for a Site Maintenance Associate who takes pride in keeping things clean, safe, and running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be essential to creating a welcoming environment for both customers and team members.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience using hand tools and basic equipment (e.g., power washers, sprayers)
At least 6 months of customer service or maintenance-related experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the store and property
Ensure the forecourt, fueling area, restrooms, and interior spaces are consistently clean and inviting
Perform general repairs and routine maintenance tasks
Support site presentation by managing waste and keeping areas clutter-free
Maintain car wash and vacuum equipment to ensure proper functionality
Deliver a positive customer experience through friendly and helpful interactions
Assist with merchandising, including stocking coolers and supporting deliveries
Contribute to a team culture focused on continuous improvement and collaboration
