Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Prior experience in maintenance or facilities with team leadership responsibilities.
  • Technical Know-How: Strong skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Safety Mindset: Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess issues quickly and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Communication & Teamwork: Lead, train, and collaborate effectively with associates and leaders.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfort with bending, stooping, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where adaptability is key.

Nice To Haves

  • Tech Savvy: Experience using maintenance software and tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Develop the Team: Supervise, train, and mentor facilities playmakers and porters to elevate performance and skill development.
  • Coordinate Maintenance Operations: Plan and oversee repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance in partnership with the Facilities Manager.
  • Keep the Venue Running: Maintain and repair building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components.
  • Ensure Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety standards and create a secure working environment for playmakers and players.
  • Inventory & Resources: Monitor and manage maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
  • Respond with Urgency: Address maintenance requests and emergencies promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with other departments to support venue and operational needs.
